Graham Colclough - recognised city thought leader

An international leader with a wealth of cities experience, who is driving the global smart cities agenda through  

positions within the EC Smart Cities & Communities Innovation Partnership (EIP); UK Ministerial Smart Cities Forum member; moderator for the ‘6-Nations’ Smart Cities Forum; City Protocol Society; chair of the ISO Smart City Strategic Advisory Group; and an active member of the BSI Smart Cities Advisory Group (steering board of Planning Guide; Smart Cities Overview). And brings considerable international city-specific experience.

With previous executive roles with Capgemini and Shell, Graham is well-networked and a recognised thought leader on issues of public services futures, city governance, customer-centric service transformation, urban mobility, technology enablement and the like. He is an active shaper of new smart city and eGovernment thinking, and a regular speaker and chair of conferences and workshops.

Antony Page - city services made real in detail

A recognised cities services expert, with over 20 years’ experience working across most local public services (including City  

Authorities, Health, Probation & Police), and public-facing private sector (BPO, transformation, services to business).

A Kiwi by origin, having worked internationally (US, Sweden, Spain, Australia and Saudi), with deep UK knowledge (over 30 UK Local Authorities).

Antony has developed innovation methods based on his experience of innovation models from blue chip firms, particularly addressing the needs of different organisations to collaborate and share data.

Originally trained as a solicitor, and subsequently holding diverse roles including policy, equalities, performance, procurement and transformation, Antony has a deep understanding of powers and governance within city services and, through his work in the private sector, of commercial interests and risk management.

Jason Warwick - practicalities  of connecting technology and business

Jason is a highly experienced technology leader & strategist whose core competencies span CTO, Lead Enterprise Architect, and Solution Director roles. Jason’s extensive global experience of delivering strategic transformation for verticals including, local government, criminal justice, transport, telecoms (fixed and mobile), media, utilities, retail, and financial services.

Jason’s excels in delivering business outcomes by managing the relationship between organizations and technology. He brings a wide range of skills: IT & Business transformation, Enterprise-Solution-Infrastructure Architecture, Data Strategy, Project and Operating team management, C-level advisory services.

He has practical experience in ICT landscape rationalization in cities; channel strategies; managing service improvement projects; urban mobility SME start-up; and the like. Jason has Enterprise Architecture certification in TOGAF and IAF and is ITIL certified and experienced in project management methodologies such as PRINCE 2 & PMP and software development methodologies including Agile, waterfall and spiral.
